Booking a taxi to a London airport works the same way whichever one you're flying from: tell us the flight, the terminal and the pickup address, and we quote one fixed price that covers the whole journey. From there it's a few simple steps, covered below, from booking through to drop-off at the terminal.
Start with the flight number, not just a time. Tell us which airport, which terminal and roughly when the flight departs, and we work backwards from that to a pickup time that gives you enough margin for check-in and security without sitting in a departure lounge for three hours. For an early departure, that pickup time might be 4am or 5am — we book those the same way as any other slot.
You get a fixed fare before you travel, not an estimate. It covers the exact pickup address and the exact terminal, so there's nothing to negotiate with the driver at either end. If your flight time changes after you've booked, tell us and we adjust the pickup — the fare doesn't move because of that.
