There's no direct line. From Marlow you're looking at a change at Maidenhead or Slough onto the main line towards London, then across to a Gatwick Express or Southern service from one of the London terminals, or round via Reading depending on which connection lines up. It's three legs at minimum, each with its own margin for a missed connection, and that's before factoring in getting from Marlow station to the platform with luggage.
